History

Integrated Technology Systems (ITS) is a Georgia corporation which specializes in providing high-tech products primarily utilized within the public safety community.  It has become apparent over the past nine years marketing to this audience that there is a need for new products and services relative to emerging technological advances.  To meet this need, in addition to our current offerings, ITS plans to release several new products and services to further expand our value in the marketplace.   ITS currently is doing business with over 300 state and local governments in the states we now cover; Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee.  The recent expansion into MS, LA, and TN is a result of adding additional product lines; several products currently in our R&D section will result in nationwide coverage in the near future. 

Integrated Technology System’s operating philosophy, we don’t make our money selling equipment; we earn it by making sure that customers remain happy with their decision to purchase, guides our actions with regards to how we manage customers.  A positive reputation in any industry is one of the most difficult titles a business can attain, yet it’s one of the easiest traits to loose.  The ITS commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that we are well-positioned for success as we move forward.

Our goal is to become an industry leader and innovator providing advanced technology equipment and service to the public safety market.   We aspire to enhance our reputation for developing and delivering highly technical products along with exceptional customer service to our customers; the value we create will be recognized by key leaders within the market.  We can accomplish our mission by continuing to offer and introduce cutting-edge products, performing internal research and development on future products, maintaining a close understanding of market trends and needs, and providing innovative and descriptive marketing materials.

Company

Integrated Technology Systems originally was founded in May, 1999.  The company identified its market to be the provider of high-tech products, service, and solutions to the government clientele. Our principal offices are located at 403 Matthews School Road Winder, GA 30680.
